More Iraqi passengers to Damascus and UAE
Iraq has turned to Syria and the United Arab Emirates to facilitate Iraqi passengers' travel in an attempt to alleviate the sanctions imposed on the movement of Iraqi citizens, Alshar-al-Awsat reported on Friday.
Iraqi sources in Amman said that the General Company for Passenger Transport in Iraq has started negotiations with Syrian transport companies to draw up a working formula for an agreement between the two sides to operate passenger coaches between Baghdad and Damascus.
