Lebanese-Russian relations discussed

Lebanese Foreign Minister Fares Boueiz on Thursday discussed with the Russian ambassador to Lebanon bilateral relations, and issues of bilateral concern, especially the Middle East peace process.

The Russian ambassador said he doubted recent offers advocated by several Israeli officials to withdraw from Lebanon. He added that he discussed with Boueiz the forthcoming visit the latter is to pay to Russia on February 2.
