Tunisia PUP chief supports Syria's stance

Originally published

The head of the Tunisian people's Unity Party, Mohammed Belhaj Omar, has expressed his appreciation for the steadfastness of Syria's national stances against the aggressive schemes which aim at disintegrating the sovereignty and dignity of the Arab nation.

In a statement made on October 26, Belhaj Omar said that Syria's battle for a just and comprehensive peace is not less important than the military battles which Syria has launched to regain the nation's dignity. He said he highly valued his visit to Syria and the results of his meeting with Syrian officials, stating that his visit to Syria is a good chance for enhancing the Arab front rejecting all forms of hegemony and enemy schemes.
