Muqtada al-Sader performs al-Haj rituals in Saudi Arabia

The chairman of Shaheed Allah foundation which affiliates to Muqtada al-Sader office in Iraq, Sahib al-Ameri, said that the Iraqi Shiite leader Muqtada al-Sader arrived in Saudi Arabia to perform al-Haj Islamic religious ritual.

Worthy mentioning that al-Sader had only once paid a visit outside the country when he visited Iran in June 2003 on the death anniversary celebration of the Iranian leader Ayatullah al-Khumeini.
