Four Palestinians, Israeli soldier killed in Toulkarem

One Palestinian detonated himself at an Israeli inspection barrier near Toulkarem city in the West Bank, and this resulted in killing one Israeli soldier and injuring other three, besides four Palestinians were killed and other seven injured.

Palestinian witnesses said that one Israeli vehicle installed a random check point near Faroun village to the southeast of the city, and stopped a rental car used by a Palestinian, and this pushed him to detonate himself in the Israeli vehicle. A matter which resulted in victims among the Palestinians who were at the site of the incident.

News reports in Palestine said that the Israeli army closed the area completely, and addded reinforcements to it. No side claimed responsibility for the operation, but the Israeli radio alleged that the Islamic Jihad movement is behind the operation.
