Lebanon underlines solidarity with Syria

Lebanese Foreign Minister Fawzi Salloukh underlined Wednesday his country's support to Syria's causes regarding the Arab-Israeli conflict, adding that this support is a consensus among all Lebanese.

Salloukh said in a statement that relations between Syria and Lebanon are deeply- rooted and historical. He added that the national resistance arm is a Lebanese internal issue that should be tackled through dialogue to ensure best means to defend Lebanon and liberate its remaining occupied lands.
