Lebanese clergy warns against foreign Intervention

Deputy Chairman of the Islamic Shiite Higher Council in Lebanon, Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan has warned against foreign intervention in the internal affairs of Lebanon.

In his Friday Prayer address, Qabalan said that the "US goal, which is based on sedition is threatening the Lebanese national unity and entraping all the Lebanese people in the Zionist project." He called on the Lebanese people to be vigilant regarding the dangers engulfing the region.
