Arab Islamic affairs ministers meet in Cairo

Arab Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Ministers held a meeting at the Arab League (AL) HQs yesterday. In the final communique, the ministers pressed for promoting inter-Islamic dialogue and for tolerance through reforms in the education sector They also called for deepening Islamic-Christian dialogue to help set up right and fair human partnerships inside Arab societies.

The Awkaf Ministers condemned the steps taken by Israel against the Palestinian people and religious sanctities in the occupied lands.
