Berri stress relations with Syria

Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri reiterated the distinguished ties between Syria and Lebanon. In a statement in the Lebanese city of Honin overnight, Berri rejected threats against Syria, asserting that Israel is the only party which occupies territories in Lebanon, the Syrian Golan and Palestine.

He also underlined that Hizbullah is a resistance party and fights to liberate the Lebanese occupied lands.
