Al-Assad receives Japanese parliamentary delegation

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad received on Sunday the Japanese Parliamentarian delegation participant in the Arab-Japanese Parliamentary dialogue forum headed by Taro Kono. Talks dealt with the latest developments on the Iraqi and Palestinian arenas as well as Arab-Japanese relations.

Both sides discussed the topic of terrorism and combating it in addition to the role which Japan can play in favor of realization of peace, stability and development in the Middle East.
