Abul Gheit: Egypt urges Israel to listen to voice of reason, stop construction of barrier

Egypt called on Israel to listen to the voice of reason, stop construction of separation wall and halt the unacceptable hostilities on the Palestinian people to provide an appropriate atmosphere for peace in the region.

Addressing the ministerial meetings of the Non-Alignment Movement (NAM) in Durban, Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit urged Israel to provide appropriate atmosphere for the peace process in the Middle East.
