Organization of Islamic Conference Condemns Israeli practices

Organization of Islamic Conference ( OIC ) Thursday urged the countries members of OIC to continue extending their support to the Palestinian people in their right struggle to end the occupation and restore their usurped rights.

In a press statement, commemorating the 35th anniversary of the heinous bid to burn the holy mosque of al-Aqsa at the hands of Israeli extremists, the Organization called on the Israeli government to abide by international agreements and conventions, particularly Geneva Convention.

It appealed to the international community to compel Israel to protect and respect the Islamic holy places, adding that any damage to the Holy mosque of Aqsa will have bad repercussions on the international peace and security.
