Russian official for restoring stability to Iraq
Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Yurii Fedotov has stressed the necessity for reaching a solution for the situation in Iraq based on a comprehensive national dialogue that includes all political parties in Iraq.
In a statement to the press Friday, Fedotov said that the ongoing events in Iraq confirm that the international community had to tackle the problem differently through the interim stages.
He reiterated his country's call for an international participation to solve the crisis in Iraq and rebuild the country, excluding the possibility of the return of Russian economic experts to Iraq in case security hasn't been restored to the country.
