al-Raya: Qatar, Syria for boosting bilateral relations

Syria's Minister of Tourism Saadallah Agha al-Qalaa stressed that the Syrian Qatari relations are developing due to the presence of mutual desire to find work mechanisms that contributes to the achievement of the tourist exchange between the two states.

In an interview given to Qatari newspaper al-Raya published Wednesday, Qalaa stressed that the Syrian government has adopted a new vision to tourism that depends on civilizational and natural attractions.

He pointed out that Ministry of Tourism seeks through the meetings of Arab Tourism Ministers to coordinate among Arab states to boost the Arab tourism.

He stressed that the facilities offered by the ministry of tourism to Arab and foreign investors encourages tourist investment, adding that the ministry of tourism is exerting efforts to create integrate the different aspects of the tourism industry in Syria..
