Egyptian human rights organizations condemns Israeli massacre in Rafah
The Cairo-based Arab Human Rights Organization strongly condemned Israel's latest massacre in the Gaza refugee camp of Rafah, in which dozens of Palestinians were killed and wounded by Israeli soldiers, describing the carnage as a "war crime."
The organization, in a statement published Wednesday, called on the global community to protect the Palestinian people from Israeli acts of aggression and terrorism committed by occupation troops in defiance of all international laws and human norms.
It also urged the UN to powerfully intervene to deter Israel from repeating such crimes, asserting that finding just solution to the Arab-Israeli conflict in line with the international resolutions, and the land-for-peace formula is the only way leading to just and comprehensive peace in the region.
