Syrian budget at 475 billion; Otri stress on-spot follow-up of projects

The Syrian cabinet on Tuesday approved Syria's draft budget of 2004, estimated at 475 Billion Syrian Pounds. The cabinet, chaired by Prime Minister Naji Otri. Otri stressed importance of on-spot follow-up of projects to upgrade work performance over the next months.

Otri, was also briefed by Foreign Minister Farouk al-Sharaa on the latest developments in the region.
