Keftaro meets with British clergy delegation

Syria's Grand Mufti, Sheikh Ahmad Keftaro received in Damascus on Friday a delegation of the Evangelical - Lutheran Church of Finland headed by pastor, Sepo Rizanin.

Talks during the meeting dealt with the importance of establishing projects for communication and coexistence among peoples and with the necessity of coordination efforts among religious, scientific and intellectual figures in a way that serves security and peace in the world. Rizanin appreciated the spirit of tolerance prevailing in Syria and expressed the hope for realizing security, stability and prosperity all over the world.
