Chirac condemns Israeli strike against Syria

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad on Tuesday received a telephone call from President Jacques Chirac of France during which President Chirac condemned the Israeli aggression on the Syrian lands.

The two sides discussed during the call means of coordination between the two countries in the ongoing consultations at the UN Security Council on the Syrian complaint against the Israeli aggression. Talks also dealt with the situation in Iraq.
