Al-Assad confers with French parliamentary Delegation

Syria's President Bashar al-Assad received yesterday a French Parliamentarian delegation headed by Chairman of the Syrian-French Friendship Association, Gerard Papette.

Talks during the meeting dealt with the parliamentarian relations between the two countries and means of enhancing them. Talks also covered Iraq and reform efforts in Syria.
