Jordanian king to visit Paris
A Jordanian official source announced that Jordanian Minister of Foreign Affairs Marwan Muasher left Amman yesterday for Paris in a two day visit aiming at preparing for the visit of the Jordanian King Abdullah II to France by the beginning of October.
The same source said the Jordanian foreign minister will hold during this visit talks with his French peer and the advisor of the French President and other officials.
Muasher will, in particular, discuss the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians and the efforts exerted to implement the so called Roadmap to peace, the situation in Iraq and bilateral relations between France and Jordan. The Jordanian king will meet with the French President Jacque Chirac.
