Al-Sabah: Tunisian paper calls for halting Israeli practives

Tunisian al-Sabah newspaper has called for urgent international interference in order "to halt the Israeli brutal practices against the Palestinian people and to lift the illegitimate siege imposed on the occupied Palestinian territories."

In its editorial, the daily stressed yesterday that the absence of the international forces in the region serves only the Israeli interests.

The daily said that if America insists on its rejection to send American forces to the region it has to untie the hands of the international organization to pave the way for sending international forces to protect the Palestinian people.
