Khan Al-Harir Festival opened in Aleppo

Activities of the second festival of Khan Al-Harir was opened in Aleppo on Thursday. Syria's Minister of Economy and Foreign Trade Ghassan Rifaee represented Premier Mohammad Mostafa Miro at the opening ceremonies.

Rifaee underlined the importance of this festival in asserting Syria's ancient history and civilization. The festival is an economic, cultural and civilizational phenomena aiming at activating the commercial exchange, developing the tourist industry and giving an idea about development of the Syrian industry.

The festival includes cultural, artistic, sport and folklore activities in addition to other various entertaining activities.

The festival is organized by Aleppo Chamber of Commerce in cooperation with Al-yaman company for exhibitions.
