Ghali opens IBTC 37th session

Cairo is the venue for the four days meetings of the 3 sessions of the International Bureau for Textiles and Clothing (IBTC) due to open today by Minister of Foreign Trade, Youssef Boutros Ghali.

This IBTC is an important channel of coordination between developing countries to face restrictions set by "developed countries on textiles and clothing exports from the Third World while it requests the commitment of the World Trade Organization (WTO) to fostering cooperation between developed and developing countries to further each other's trade interests.
