Syria's First Lady with British charity leaders, bankers

Syria's First Lady Asmaa Al-Assad held yesterday a meeting with the executive director of Prince Charles establishment for charity affairs and a number of officials in the establishment.

The two sides exchanged viewpoint over mechanism of the work of charity establishments in the two countries.

Mrs. Al-Assad explained efforts of the Syrian governmental and non - governmental establishments in addition to the charity associations in the different social and developmental fields.

Later on, the First Lady met with officials in the bank of England, in the presence of the Syrian minister of economy and foreign trade Ghasan al-Refaee.

Talks during the meeting dealt with the situation of the banks in Syria and ways for developing the banking work in the Syrian central bank.
