Maher to visit Moscow

It was announced in Moscow on Monday that the Egyptian foreign minister Ahmad Maher will pay a work visit to Russia on April 17 through 19.

Sources at the Egyptian embassy in Moscow said that Maher will discuss during this visit with his Russian counterpart Igor Ivanov the situation in the Middle East region, the Iraqi issue and bilateral relations between the two countries and what was implemented of agreements during the visit held by the Egyptian President Muhammad Hosni Mubarak to Russia in April, 2001.
