A peace award for the AL chief

Karran Montana Forum has given its annual peace award to the secretary general of the Arab League (AL) Amr Moussa.

Prince Albert, the crown prince of Monaco Emirate delivered a speech in the ceremony held to hand over the award in which he commended the efforts made by Moussa in serving peace and justice as well as for the role he has been playing since he had assumed the post of the secretary general of the AL.

Worthy mentioning that Karran Montana Forum is considered an international organization which closely cooperates with the European Council and it was established in Switzeland in 1989.

This forum organizes international conferences attended by high ranking world officials in being a meeting place for consultation and the exchange of view points on various social, political and economic international issues.The forum had earlier invested awards to the chairman of the Palestinian authority Yasser Arafat and to the Algerian President Abdul Aziz Butaflika among many other.
