After the international forces working in Kosovo district had broken into the headquarters of the " world emergency" establishment in two cities and arrested three Arabs of the employees of the establishment including the establishment's regional director last Friday, the second phase has started of following up activities and financing sources of all Islamic relief commissions working in Kosovo, Macedonian and Albania the same way this happened in Bosnia.

An official at the UN forces said that "all ( Islamic) relief establishments were under special control after finding out that certain persons in Kosovo are working in Islamic establishments and have links to world terrorism." The official also determined areas of these establishments on which special control was imposed. They are Macedonian. Kosovo and Albania.

He added that the American FBI started intensive investigations which will include all employees of this establishment foreign or local to make assurances on their real identity and their financing sources.
