More independent ministers in the new Syrian government

The London- based al-Hayat daily in its Wednesday's issue quoted special information as saying that there is an inclination to increase number of independent ministers in the new Syrian governments so as their number to reach 15, besides other 6 ministers to represent parties of the National progressive front.

The paper quoted Syria Baath Party sources as saying that the communist and Naserite parties in the national progressive front presented in the past weeks four candidates to occupy ministerial posts so as one of them to be selected, according to party and regional balances to be included in the new ministry.

The paper also indicated the inclination to increase number of the Baath arty regional leadership, so as the prime ministers and his two deputies will be among its members.
