Maghreban follow-up committee meets in Algiers

Originally published

The follow-up committee of the Arab Maghreb Union (UMA) is holding its 38th session here this Wednesday at ministerial level. The committee will assess Maghreban action, elaborate a new program and ponder on issues of mutual concern.

The committee session was preceded Tuesday by a meeting of experts.

The Moroccan delegation to the follow-up committee session is led by secretary general of the ministry of foreign affairs and cooperation, Rachad Bouhlal.

The UMA foreign ministers' council had decided at a meeting last March that the follow-up committee holds a session every three months.
