Palestinian source denies order to close Palestinian organizations offices in Damascus

A Palestinian source belongs to an opposition organization has denied that the Palestinian organizations offices in Damascus to have had received orders from any Syrian side to close and halt activities of its cadres in the Syrian capital.

The same source, which asked not to be identified said in a statement issued by the London- based al-Sharq al-Awsat on Tuesday that the Syrian leadership is committed to statements made by the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and his foreign minister about this issue on that leaders of these organizations are in Paris and that the Palestinian offices so far existed in Damascus are only press offices.
