Mrs. Mubarak opens cultural palace in Alexandria

Egypt's First Lady Suzanne Mubarak Monday opened the AL-Horreya Cultural Palace in Alexandria after the completion renovation works there.

Mrs. Mubarak toured the Palace-called the Alexandria Centre for Innovation which comprises 36 spacious halls which will be the scene of artistic and cultural.

Culture Minister Farouk Hosni gave a presentation on the project that took eight years in the making with the aim of giving a boost to to cultural activities in this beautiful Mediterranean City.
