Mrs. Mubarak opens Alexandria Al-Huriah cultural palace

"Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak would open on Monday morning Al-Huriah Cultural Palace in Alexandria after finishing the renovation works," said Minister of Culture Farouk Hosni.

He added that the palace would resume its activity after the end of the 20-million-pound renovation works. He noted that the coming period would witness the inauguration of a number of cultural palaces.

On the other hand, Mrs. Suzanne Mubarak opens within hours the Suzanne Mubarak Hospital for Children in Meit Uqbah, Giza.

The establishment of the 10-million-pound hospital lasted for four years and the costs were paid by business people and good doers.

The hospital, offering free-of-charge service for poor families, comprises departments for economic treatment at a low price.
