US senator praises Islam
Harry Reed, US Senate majority deputy leader, praised morals, principles and teachings of Islam. Addressing the senate, Reed said Islam's creed and principles could make one billion Muslims capable of curbing schemes of minorities, who committed brutal acts under the name of Islam.
He added that he had received a letter from Sanaa Khan, a Muslim American girl who studied at a high school in Nevada State, defending Islam. The Senator's speech was distributed by the American Embassy in Cairo.
