Jordanian minister: Israel's practices are in contradiction with Madrid's terms of reference

The Jordanian foreign minister Abdul Illah al-Khatib stressed on Tuesday that the Israeli practices are totally in contradiction with the peace terms of reference. During his meeting with Jordanian economic activists in Amman, al-Khatib said that achieving just and comprehensive peace in the region requires Israel's withdrawal from the occupied Arab territories. He added " we have almost reached an international consensus to establish an independent Palestinian state."
