Tennis: Arazi goes to 2nd round of Lyon tournament

Morocco's Hicham Arazi on Wednesday cruised to the 2nd round of the Lyon Grand Prix $ 800,000 indoor tournament.

Arazi beat ninth-seeded Sjeng Schalken of the Netherlands 2-6, 7-5, 6-3 Wednesday in the first round. He will play next Mirnyi, who rallied past Rainer Schuettler of Germany 4-6, 6-4, 6-3.

Younes El Aynaoui, another Moroccan, made it on Monday to the 3rd round after beating Italy's Davide Sanguinetti 6-3, 6-2 in less than an hour.
