Swedish FM, Solana arrive today in Israel

A source at the Israeli foreign ministry said on Friday that the Swedish prime minister Goran Persoun, whose country assumes the current presidency of the EU and the representative for the EU foreign policy Javier Solana will arrive today in Israel, according to the Israeli radio.

The radio continued that both Persoun and Solana will meet with high Palestinian and Israeli officials during their visits to discuss current developments in the Palestinian territories.
