On Arafat, Sharon visit to France

The Monte Carlo radio said on Wednesday that the French Foreign minister Hubert Vedrine said that his country will ask the Israeli prime Minister Ariel Sharon and the chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat who will visit Paris about the steps they will make to put an end to the acts of violence.

Vedrine added that the same question will be also addressed to the Lebanese President Emil Lahoud, who will visit Paris by the beginning of next week, noting he will also address the same question to the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad who will come in Paris in June.
