Khartoum accepts Islamic mediation with al-Turabi

The secretary general of the ruling national congress in Sudan professor Ibrahim Ahmad Omar has denied news on that there are any member in the Congress Party who opposes efforts made by the Islamic mediation delegation between the ruling party and the People's Congress party of ( Hassan al-Turabi).

He added that all establishments of his party have accepted to accept the Islamic mediation.

But Omar refused to talk about the detail of the mediation, noting " we do not want to talk about this matter in order not to obstruct the process of mediation, but we do not have prior conditions and we will listen to the delegation."

He continued he will be the first Sudanese official to meet with the delegation and also with the Sudanese President Omar Hassan al-Bashir.
