A ministerial reshuffle expected in Bahrain

Press reports expected, quoting political circles in Bahrain, that a forthcoming ministerial reshuffle to be made by the beginning of next week to include five ministries of which three are basic.

Meantime, the committee in charge of revitalizing the principles of the national work charter in Bahrain decided in its first meeting held on Wednesday under the chairmanship of the crown prince Sheikh Salman Bin Hamad al-Khaleifa to discuss rules of the societies, clubs, the press and publications, tenders and other rules that regulate the establishment of the divan for financial and administrative monitoring and establishing the constitutional court.

The committee will also discuss laws pertinent to marital status, services, preventing monopoly, nationality, passport, trade unions, women rights, rules regulating the judiciary system and ensuring the independence of the judiciary system.
