Al Quds Forum warns against dangerous situation in Occupied territories

Originally published

Participants in A1 Quads (Jerusalem) Forum called on Arab leaders to take practical steps to prevent further deterioration of the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories.

During the forum, held in Cairo late Monday at Al-Nour Mosque, Palestinian Delegate to the Arab League Mohammad Sobaih said that Arab leaders, due to meet in Amman on March 27-28, should make it clear that there are "red lines" that should never be overlooked.

"Resolutions of the latest Arab summit have not yet been implemented as the Palestinian Authority has only received $ 10 million out of the $ 2 billion, allocated to the Palestinian people during the Cairo summit," Sobaih said.

On his part, Deputy Chairman of the Higher Islamic Affairs Council Abdel Sabour Marzouq described AL Quds issue as crucial.

Secretary General of the Islamic Universities League Gaafar Abdel Salam said that international laws would do the Palestinian no good as long as the Arab nation is weak.
