Morocco's King Mohammed VI called Saturday for the mobilization of all Arab means to have world-conscience condemn those responsible for the killings in Palestinian territories.

Addressing the Arab Emergency Summit, convened in Cairo Oct. 21-22, the king said Arab states could no longer stop at voicing compassion and sympathy with the Palestinian people but ought to support them by all means and back their valiant leadership.

The decisive juncture the region is going through, he said, requires from the Arab nation realistic action and relevant moves favoring the emergence of a new Arab climate suitable for a more influential and active role in the region.

"Our people are no longer willing to suffer more humiliations, traumas, catastrophes and tragedies" he said renewing the constant support of the kingdom to Arab just causes, especially the Al Quds Acharif.

Events and developments the Palestinian cause has been through showed the whole world that insisting pleas to safeguard the peace process and warning against dangers a failure would entail, have found no echo and have not been heeded with a spirit of historical responsibility, earnest and realism because of Israeli procrastination in implementing commitments made vis-a-vis our brothers, the king hammered.

The King blamed all the responsibility on Israel of the failure of Camp David talks which stopped because the Israeli side was not ready to accept the peace option based on international legality decisions and the "Land for Peace" principle.

Genuine peace is an Arab sincere claim and the recovery of Palestinian rights is also a constant Arab claim, he said stressing the fact that "the just cause of our sacred sites can not be bargained."

The king urged concerned parties to steer the peace-process ahead on the Syrian and Lebanese tracks in order to see to the recovery of occupied Golan heights and all despoiled Arab territories.
