Originally published

Egyptian trade minister Yusef Botrus Ghali stated that the World Trade Organization (WTO) has responded to Egypt's demand concerning delaying the customs evaluations agreement for goods for another year. The agreement was due to be applied as of July.

Ghali said that Egypt will exploit this period of time to prepare customs evaluations system instead of the existing one.

This came in the symposium that was organized the day before yesterday by the Egyptian center for the economic studies concerning the agreement of the U.S - Egyptian free trade.
