Israel to build a new radio station in South Lebanon
The Israeli occupation forces are planning to establish a new radio broadcast station in the Israeli settlement of Matella on the international borders with Lebanon, addressed to the Lebanese citizens in South Lebanon.
The occupation forces closed off the radio of the Lahd hireling militias which was called the " south radio " after its withdrawal from South Lebanon. The Israeli radio reported.
Meantime, an Israeli military source said on Friday that the Israeli army is planning to reoperate the pro Israeli " Sawt al-Janoub" ( voice of the south ) radio which used to broadcast its news from the area occupied by Israel in South Lebanon.
An Israeli military official has admitted that the aim of this radio is to broadcast news addressed to the people of South Lebanon in a new attempt targeting the Hizbullah party which was the spearhead in resisting the Israeli occupation. This new Israeli attempt to re-operate the radio is a new flagrant attempt to Israel's interference in South Lebanon.
The Israeli army officer, who refused to be identified said that " Sawt al-Janoub" radio will resume its programs in the coming weeks from the occupied area of al-Matella, situated on the Lebanese border, SANA reported.
