Egyptian - Libyan initiative committee is to head to Khartoum on Friday

Members of the joint Egyptian - Libyan initiative is due to head to Khartoum on coming Friday. The joint Sudanese - Egyptian technical committee which discusses issues related to bilateral relations - will be convened.

The initiative committee will discuss with the Sudanese government the latest developments and raising the points that were raised by the Democratic National Alliance in its note that was received by the joint initiative last week.

The report said the committee will try to mediate between the points of view to overcome the obstacles in procedures as the Egyptian delegation will be headed by assistant foreign minister Mostafa El-Feki t while Omar Shalabk will head will head the Libyan side.

The joint Egyptian - Sudanese technical committee is discussing file of the Egyptian properties in Sudan and the security file.

Meetings of the Egyptian - Sudanese committee will last till end of the current month as 'Ahmed Abd El-Halim' Sudan's ambassador in Cairo will leave to Cairo to Khartoum to participate in the meetings.
