Ross doubts progress on the Palestinian track

Dennis Ross, the special U.S envoy for the Middle East peace process, expressed his doubts of the possibility that the negotiations from the Palestinian and Israeli sides will reach a formula for a final peace treaty by the specified date, which is less than two weeks away.

Ross held discussions today with the Palestinian and Israeli sides before leaving the Israeli resort of Eilat after making mediation efforts between Palestinian and Israeli officials.
