ECA sub-regional center experts convene in Tangier

The 15th meeting of the intergovernmental experts committee of the sub-regional development center stemming from the Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) opened Tuesday in the Moroccan northern city of Tangier.

Experts are debating foreign debt, investment promotion, management of water resources and the center's action plan for 2000-2001.
