Speaker of the Moroccan chamber of advisors (upper house of parliament), Mohamed Jalal Essaid, is taking part in the international forum on the bicameral system, which opened Monday in Paris.

The Moroccan official will make a presentation on the new chamber's contribution to improving legislative action in Morocco, since it was incepted by constitutional amendment in 1996.
