Clinton: We should consider ideas regarding easing sanctions

US President Bill Clinton said today that any continued suffering of the Iraqis is due to the Iraqi government saying Iraq for the moment is exporting as much oil as it did before the sanctions. He added That the US is open to ideas for making things better for the Iraqis as long as it does not help the government rearm.
