Qatari - Bahraini committee to meet on Saturday

Manama will host the meetings of the joint Qatari - Bahraini committee under the chairmanship of Bahraini Crown Prince Sheikh Salman Bin Hamad.

The committee will discuss establishing a bridge to link Qatar with Bahrain and allow citizens of the two states to move freely with no need of entry visas, studying joint economic, investment and tourism projects and setting a date for commencing diplomatic relations and opening two embassies in Doha and Manama.

ArabicNews.com learned that the committee will also discuss ending the border dispute between the two states in a friendly way without waiting for the resolution of the International Court of Justice which is currently considering this dispute.
