Jordanian prime minister visits Syria

Jordanian Premier Adnan Badran announced Sunday that he was going to pay a visit to Syria on the 2nd of May. He added in a statement that he would hold talks with Syrian officials and attend a ceremony for signing an agreement in the field of civil defense.
The visit comes as part of the Jordanian government's determination to improve relations with the Arab neighboring states, he said.
